Generally we do not believe in fad diets or meal plans. Majority of people can not follow them anyway, at least not in the long way. Often there are too many changes to your lifestyle and we find excuses/reasons to skip it – it becomes too hard.
What we do is to give you a priority list of things to do based on your goals. When you use us for the Foundation Online Program we will give you an the TO-DO list, when and how.
