It is obvious – why wouldn’t you eat fresh food first?

When I go out and show people what they need to eat I very often get the same response.

  1. It is expenssive to eat healthy!
  2. It gets boring with salad and vegetables!
  3. Vegetables are not my thing!

Lets keeo it simple folks. If we have a look back on what we used to eat, it does not make any sense at all, the way we are eating these days. Highly processed, refined, highly sugar rich, poor fat quality – all based around a busy lifestyle, where we just don’t have 5 min anymore to cook a decent meal.

It is terrifying to think how we are treating our bodies but also how we are teaching our children that fast is smart.

We don’t buy any of the arguments above – expenssive, how much will lost work profit cost you, diabetes medication, lap band surgery – the list is endless. Save money on buying things you don’t need anyway, spend more on free range, grass fed products, good quality dark chocolate, some raw produce rather than buying endless carbohydrate rich cracker stuff, that might be cheap – but that is excactly the problem.

Often I talk to younger adults, who can’t afford to eat healthy – however, they can afford to go on a serious drinking bender every weekend, and have crappy food the next to day recover!

Boring – tell me a sloppy cheeseburger with dodgy products in is going to be less boring. It is as boring as you make it to be.

Vegetables are not my thing – make them your thing. Make good food qualtity your thing, make free range your thing, make your life and health your thing!

There are no excuses in my world – only poor choices!
