Monthly foodplan?

On the backend of the LEANing challenge I always get the question – what now? How do I go out in the real world again, what should I eat, can I have a glass of wine or will I go backwards again.

The answer is not straight forward, but I have a solution ready for you.

Here are some simple questions for you!

Do you want to lean out, reduce your stomach size and start noticing a tone body?

Do you want to improve your digestions, instead of 3 toilet visists a day, stomach bloating, cramps and constipation?

Do you want to use the best fuel for your body?

I am pretty sure we can all say yes to these question, why would you not?

The next series of question are equally simple.

Do you like the idea of someone giving you a plan, recipes, shopping list for a month at a time?

Do you always find it hard to come up with new ideas and inspiration for another week of cooking?

Wouldn’t it be nice if someone did all the thinking for you and you just had to follow the shopping list and the recipes.

We can almost all agree to this as well. In that case the solution is very straight forward.

This is what I am offering you – a monthly food plan including the recipes and shopping list you need on a weekly basis.  The food plan will be gluten free, dairy free and is a anti-inflammatory meal plan – meaning you will get as healthy a meal plan as possible.

There will be two versions; a Leaning plan and a Performance plan

The leaning plan is for the person who want to start or keep leaning out, meaning start noticing more definition and also keep the gut happy.

The performance is for the person, who is already as lean as desired and is looking to increase or improve fitness levels by doing more workouts.

I have noticed how the success rates goes up if we are ‘told what to do’ and focuses on the things in life we enjoy. Throuhout 7-8 years of working with clients, I can see the trend is that we want to spend less time thinking about what to cook, but we want to keep having nice tasty food.

We also want to stay or become leaner, but we don’t always have time to do the research or 10 hours in the gym.

What I am saying is that you can become lean from modifying your diet only, BUT if you want to look great, have loads of energy, have a nice muscle definition and be unlimited in what you can do, then you need an exercise routine.

Will it be hard to follow? I am not a great cook, so the recipes I chose to use are based upon what I know works, is simple, effective but still very tasty!

With this offer, I can reduce your ‘pain’ in the kitchen and keep you focused on what matters most. It will safe you hours of worrying and still have delicous foods.

And by the way, the meal plan is very child friendly.

The minimum commitment is 3 months – that is 3 months of recipes, shopping lists, instructions and huge potential for becomming the person you want to be.

3 month membership; meal plan, recipes and shopping list is $40/monthly

6 months membership; meal plan, recipes and shopping list is $30/monthly

Sign up before Easter Friday and recieve a free monthly exercise plan

All the meal plans will be mailed to you, so you have them in front of you and don’t have to worry about printing them.

If you are unknown with my approach and results, I urge you to click on the LEANing Challenge and read all the great stories people have had, following this plan.

Let’s get started!
