Without doubt the most frequently asked question is: How can one replace soggy, sloppy WHOLEGRAIN weet bix, with an alternative that constitutes a healthy breakfast, but also keeps one full for hours.
This is fairly rich in calories, but also very filling. Play with it to see if you want to add more fruit or more water.
1 cup Almond or pecans
1 medium sized apple
1 tb cinnamon
1 cup water
Place all the ingredients in a blender, pour into saucepan and cook until it is boiling, simmer for 5 min.
